They have ambitious goals to significantly grow the number of passengers, the size of the fleet and multiply shareholder value.
Assess current technical architecture and provide recommendations on how the existing technical capabilities could scale in line with the business growth expectations. Underpin the current product delivery capability whilst recommending more collaborative working practices and processes across the organisation.
